Dear Claremont Toyota

/begin rant

After you insulted both me and my dad yesterday, please don't call me today and think by reducing your offer an extra $200 that I would be jumping for joy and ready to sign on the dotted line.

I swear I've never dealt with such idiots before in my life!

Re: Dear Claremont Toyota

  • I bought my car from them in 2004, they were really good back then. My husband got his car from there in 2007, they were ok, 2009 a friend was looking for a car and we went, they were terrible! I am not sure what there deal is... Sorry you had to deal with them...
  • How annoying!

  • Whoa- a WHOLE $200 for wasting your time?! Someone needs to learn how to run a business I'm thinking.

  • That sucks! As if buying a car isn't already an exhausting long process already!

No kidding! I didnt even mention half the crap they said and did while we were there but the highlights included the sales manager taking a black sharpie and drawing a giant X over the offer form and telling us if we werent happy with their offer we could leave and then when I told him I'm surprised that considering everything they're going through as a company, they arent more willing to work with their potential customers especially when I'm already a Toyota owner....to which he replied "why? whats going on with our company?" Indifferent

  • Omg are you serious?!  That is nuts!!! "What is going on with our company" Lol- wow, he seriously hit the crack-pipe a little too much didn't he?!  That is bonkers- they should be bending over backwards to try and sell to you!

  • I would have asked to borrow that sharpie, and written "Moron" across his forhead. What the hell was his problem? Perhaps you should try to find someone higher up in the company and report him. Someone like that is going to cost them a lot of customers, and a lot of money. He shouldn't be working there. What a jerk.
