I'm stranded, help.
I grew up in Cincinnati, but my H and I live in Switzerland. I came home two weeks ago to see my parents and now I am stuck because of the ash cloud. All of my friends have jobs and are not available to keep me occupied, so I pretty much just sat in my parent's house all day.
Can you think of any fun little day trips that I could take? I know that there are a few wineries in SW Indiana and in the Greater Cincinnati area (I think I remember hearing about one in Hillsboro?) that I have never checked out. Any ideas?
ETA: I was born and raised in the area, so I've been to pretty much all of the museums and major attractions in Cincinnati. Any ideas would be much appreciated. I don't think I can take another day of just sitting by myself in my parent's house.
