  • I need someone to duct tape my mouth shut and start feeding through a straw!!!!  My eating has been pretty bad lately. Hopefully I can use this for some accountablilty...until then this is the ugly truth of what I've had today

    Breakfast - Strawberries, blackberries and grapes, a hand full of trailmix and a diet coke

    Snack - more trailmix (not the healthy kind either this one has chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and m & m's with some peanuts and raisins thrown in)

    Lunch - Babybel cheddar cheese and Sunchips....and more trailmix (must remove that stuff from my desk)

    Dinner - Not sure need to stop by the store but probably something we can grill and veggies on the side

    Activity - walked 45 mins during my lunch break and will walk my dog after work.

  • Breakfast - Vanilla Soymilk/Blueberry/Strawberry Smoothie!

    Lunch - Turkey, Swiss, Lettuce, Tomato Sandwich

    Dinner - Pork Chops, Asparagus all on the grill!

    Activity - Walking around the neighborhood with DH.  Approx a 1.5 mile walk.

  • B- cereal

    L- Subway veggie sub

    D- I'm going to attempt to eat some shrimp w/Mexican rice.  We'll see how it goes.

    L-Lean Cuisine meal, apple, celery

    D-some sort of pre-fab meal thingy...Bertolli---add extra veggies to it.

    A-weights, strip chair #2, paint chair #1...

    L: Scallops and Chicken Japanese meal with rice and veggies

    D: Cereal

    Workout: Ummm, it's raining so most likely just my physical therapy exercises.

  • Breakfast? cup of almond milk, 12 grain english muffin with peanut butter

    Lunch? chicken salad with grapes and pears on ritz crackers

    Dinner? out with my parents

    Activity? running around like a crazy women

  • Well apparently I eat too much, according to the OB so I really need to start tracking what I put in my mouth.  Today:

    Breakfast:  1 whole grain waffle with Smucker's Natural PB, 8oz skim milk, vanilla chai

    Lunch:  Half BLT on whole wheat, cup of fruit (had lunch at Jason's Deli and stopped myself from eating all the chips on my plate)

    Snacks:  Apple, banana, possibly some Goldfish if I'm hungry before I head home from work

    Dinner:  No idea yet.

  • I'm also going to start using this to hold be accountable because I'm a big fatty.

    Breakfast - Lowfat Strawberry Poptart

    Lunch - Leftover green bean casserole

    Dinner - Taco Tuesday at our house - my son loves this!

    Activity - trying to get the pup to walk on a leash and then watering the sod and boy is this exhausting.

  • OK Since I am going to Maui in a few months my body needs to get into a somewhat reasonible beach shape.

    Breakfast: Greek yougurt with Honey! I am now addicted to that stuff, I think I have Sherri to cuss out for that ;)

    Snack: Cup of mixed fruit

    Lunch: Salad w/ FF Catalina

    Snack: Polmagranit cranberry applesauce with fiber!

    Dinner: Will be mac and cheese and a veggie

    Activity: Walking Ladmo

    I realllllllllly want to eat a whole loaf of french bread and a gallon of butter pecan ice cream...AF is drawing near...dun dun dun
