Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Knitting Update: It's up!
My shop is officially up and running! I'll post the link on our facebook page or you can search for me--my username is the same as on here.
It's a little bare right now because I just didn't have time to get everything posted last night. I have ~10 more things that are already photographed and ready to go, but I'll be adding them over the next couple of days, so keep checking back! The baby things were the reason for a May 1st deadline, so they were the first things to go up.
Any thoughts/suggestions? The banner is only temporary--I have a friend who will help me with that, but she had company this weekend, so it'll get a facelift soon.
Dana - Bad news about the magenta yarn: it wasn't quite enough to make a beret. I did the best I could, but it wound up too short. I hoped wet blocking would stretch it, but it only wanted to stretch width-wise. 
If you're still interested, my errands today are taking me right by a yarn shop. I can pop in and see what they have for alpaca yarn.

Awww, everything is adorable. I can just see some itty bitty cuties sporting those sets! Can't wait to see what else you have.
I am 10 weeks right now so I have about 8 more to go before I find out the sex. I think Juangela is further along then myself so she will probably know sooner.
My appointment is scheduled for June 16th...I absolutely can't wait!

Thanks! I don't think I'll be selling any sweaters, though. They take much much longer to design and execute. I would have to charge quite a bit more to make it worthwhile. Not to mention that I wouldn't have time to knit anything for myself anymore. Maybe at some point in the future, but I just don't have time to sell sweaters right now.
In other news, I did list a few more things last night, so there's more than just baby stuff on there.
