Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

any hot yoga fans?
I went to my first class yesterday and LOVED it. When I first walked into the yoga room I said to myself what did I get myself into, but it turned out being a great workout and I can't wait to go for another class.

I've never heard of it before...what makes it different to 'normal' yoga?
I'm picturing from the name that the heat in the room is really high? LOL
