Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

FB Question
so does everyone have the new box on your profile page that wants you to linke to pages...? It says this...
Confirm the Pages that will be on your profile
Uncheck any Page you don't want to link to. Linking to education and work Pages may also create additional Pages, such as for your major or job title. If you don't link to any Pages, these sections on your profile will be empty. By linking your profile to Pages, you will be making these connections public.
and it wants to link to say your College page, etc. Has anyone done this?? I don't get it. The 'you will be making these connections public' part confuses me... is it changing my privacy settings by accepting these? anyone know? anyone done it yet where I can check it out on your page?

I've seen a couple of people who have changed it.. I hit ignore. I ignore anything that would give me the risk of being more public.
I think what it does is show that you are a part of that "network" or page, and depending on your settings will make YOU public. For example, if you have your profile available to your networks, that page would automatically make you public to anyone on that page. I think.
