Found an apartment! Yipee!
Well ladies! We found an apartment yesterday! Its 10 minutes south of campus...so it cuts 10 minutes each way off DH's drive. We wanted a little further south, but its ok.
It is a good size and in ok shape. I mean, its not brand new like some we were looking at, but its totally livable and kinda nice. I can totally make it for a year there.
And its not super big, so we don't need to buy a ton of furniture or anything. Just one more bed, a dresser, and a kitchen table. That's it! :-) Yippee!

We are moving the end of next month. But we had to nail down a place now...because unlike most college towns...students stay here over the summer (this town is pretty kick-a), and they all move right after school to their new apartments or whatnot...so places are already filling up.
But...I got a call yesterday about an even better place that opened up. Its 10 more minutes south...so it would cut 20 minutes both ways off DH's drive...so I'm going to look at it today. I'll keep you updated! Maybe I might even have pics!
