I wanted to know your thoughts on salons using Roll-On wax applicators, is that another form of double dipping?

    Years ago my regular salon could not get me in before my vacation, so I went to a pace that used roll-on. It was 20x more painful and I thought it was pretty gross. 

    Now I wax myself.

    I think that the "roll on application" was more painful... I prefer to stick with my esthetician every 3 weeks.

    Does anyone know where they do a good brazilian wax in the white plains area?

    they suck!!  the roll on ones usually use sugar wax, which doesn't work as well so you end up scraping it off... which doesn't feel good either.  I wouldn't waste your money.

    Exactly how terrible does waxing feel the first time?  I've always wanted to but never have.  Is it going to be worse than tattoos?  I have six, including one huge one on the back of my neck.  I've also gone through labor.  So I wonder if I could handle the pain of it.

    It's not as bad as you think...I mean it hurts...But it wasn't as bad as I had previously expected.Now I get them every 3 weeks.... :)

    Waxing is amazing...I used to spend a ton of time shaving and was never really happy with the results...stubble and having to keep it up.  I went to a salon for a year and now I just do it myself.  If you are worried about the pain, try Relax and Wax No Scream Cream.  It numbs the area and makes it much less painful

    It can cost anywhere from 35 and up, the first time it may hurt a little, but the more you have it done the less it will hurt. ALOT of the pain scale is dependant upon the technique/skils of the technician. Elite London Escort Agency
