it sleeps up to 16 people, and if there were 16, it would be $40/pp for 2 nights and the cleaning fee. that's pretty cheap!

I mgiht be crazy, but I keep thinking there will be more than 16. That's a great deal though!
If we land on the end of July-August, we could totally do this! It's in Saratoga NY (about 30 min north of me) and we could go to the track! (this is more $$ though...)

Can i throw out an ugly, biotchy thought about renting a house? Everytime I have ever heard of anyone getting a house together there has always, always been drama about who gets what room and who does what. While I personally love all of you... I vote for a hotel with a maid service and no drama. We are all strangers afterall and I think sharing a house is a just asking for some issues.
Just my opinion.
I'm with Gerrie. I love you girls, but I've never met any of you and I don't even like to share beds with people I've known IRL for years.
i think that's fine, and not that b!tchy, personally. i was looking at that site because elisa mentioned it, and it is actually pretty cool. plus, it can be really cost effective. i still don't know if i can actually go, just doing a little research.
i think a hotel would be fine, and i agree with you about no drama...
You are probably right- we don't want to have an unhappy GTG. But then how will Gerrie and Krystal cook for us?? Haha
This is a vacation for me too! LOL
I was reading that the master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and then there are rooms with bunkbeds. Ummm... that's just asking for trouble. Haha.

haha Kaytie! I agree with Gerrie...it's a vacation for all of us! Although cooking does relax me...so you never know. However, I would love to learn from Gerrie!

I don't know.. Given Gerrie's story from the other day, I think she's got that covered.
I'm just saying that I encourage and have gotten into similiar situations before...so I know we'd be up to trouble. haha
