As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I have this guy who works for me that I shake my head at all the time. The things that come out of his mouth. Our CEO is here today and had a great meeting with us. Informed us of the plans for the future etc.
Ding Dong comes back saying well they aren't playing this game right...they need to play like X company and goes on & on. I shook my head and walked into my office. He asked me why I haven't informed them of how we should be more like my former employer....UGH!!!!
He is 60+ yr old and only been in an entry level job. In my 10 yrs of working I have gone further than this ding dong has. He can be very smart....but sometimes he is SUCH an idiot.
Help me today!!!!!
