It's supposed to rain today and tomorrow I think, so we're just hanging out. I think I'm going to convert Elise's bed to a toddler bed. I'm becoming increasingly paranoid about her climbing out and hurting herself....she could EASILY do it, just hasn't thought to yet!
Sunday I think my parents are driving up and my mom's going to spend a few days, I think my dad is only staying the night though.
I'm hoping to start sewing a purse...we'll see how that goes.
I have to go to a jewelry party on Saturday...not looking forward to it. I hate those stupid parties...but it's family. Ugh...
Crawfish boil Saturday night though...WEE!!

It's supposed to rain here on Monday so we have a pretty tight schedule planned, but also very loose, ya know?
Tomorrow I'm working till noon, John is going to run to the nursery and Ikea, pick up plants and veggies and the dresser for Cletus' closet. When I get home we'll plant the garden and all the boxes and start the compost pile. The house also needs a quick once over.
Sunday we'll put together the aforementioned dresser and put some of th finishing touches on Cletus' room. We'll also figure out what we still need for storage etc. Just going to make a list for now since our next shower is on May 8th.
Well I guess that's it, but in my head it feels like a lot.
DH is planning to take the rest of the vines in our backyard down (there's a humungoid wisteria that is out of control and some jasmine on fences) tonight. Don't really think the weather's going to cooperate.
Was planning on going to the festival international tomorrow. We'll see about the weather. Also the in laws are coming tomorrow with a trailer for above mentioned vines. There's a compost place that will take each trailer load for $6!
Sunday we're heading to Lake Charles for some appointments on Monday.
But then apparently DH is supposed to work sometime this weekend?! *groan*
After all the drama today I think that tonight is Margarita Friday. Nevermind that we already had Margarita Tuesday. It's been a rough week.
Saturday morning we are going to get coffee and hit some of the antique stores in Denham. They were supposed to have a spring festival down there but it was called off due to the weather. There are a few finishing touches we need to put on the yard since we made all the new flower beds last weekend.
Saturday night we have some friends in from out of town and a big group of couples is going down town to The Office. I guess it's some new bar that's supposed to be really cool - never been since we don't go out very often at all.
Sunday is all about going to church and then driving to Slidell so I can pinch my niece's fat baby cheeks!
We spent tonight tv shopping... and oh emm gee.. was that a horrible experience.... literally 3.5 hours in best buy... I was so over it... We ended up with a 50 inch panasonic plasma... that apparently we "needed"...
I'm assisting for an oral surgeon that works in our office one Saturday a month and apparently he needed help so I'm volunteered...
Going home Saturday and Sunday to visit fam and hang out with some gfs... Gary will study as he has a med school board coming up!! :-(
