As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Live from labor and delivery....
I'm still 4cms and 60% effaced...my butt hurts sitting in this damn hospital bed and my sister is mad bc I'm not in any pain from contractions yet and I'm super calm lol my water broke at 11:30pm! Come onnn Gio! I'll have serg text Britt and keep u guys updated!

If they will let you, try to walk around or bounce on a birth ball...helps things along and opens the hips
