As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job Opportunity
FINALLY.
Another position opened up in my office for something I'm going to apply for.
Only potentially harmful/bad news is... it's for the same manager as I currently report to. The one who doesn't particularly care for me. The one who has no faith or confidence in me because I'm not one of her favorites.

Ultimately, I just want to make the right decision. I'm not sure where the company - as a whole - is headed, but this just kind of felt like a wide open door, with a marquee sign next to it flashing my name. LOL
