Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

first day down.. a few more to go! :)
i can totally do this! after working 4 hours, i did a medical program orientation for half an hour, went to get my books and scrubs (!!!), then went to class and did typing for awhile, got OSHA certified, went back to lab, got poked with some needles (in a good way - the students who have been here awhile needed to practice injections, so i let one of them practice on me), talked with my instructor for awhile about what books i actually need to bring to class and what the first month will look like.. it was amazing!
i am SO excited that i've taken that first step, because once you take the first step, there's no going back!

Yay, Bethie!! I am so glad your first day was so amazing! This change is going to do amazing things for you...I envy your opportunity to go back to school to do something you feel such passion for. You're amazing!

And aren't the scrubs fun!? Haha. I remember being really excited when I had to get mine for the first time. :-)
