KO Prime, Oakroom, or Mooo?
Hi Ladies
Which of these 3 restaurants would you rather eat at? H and I are celebrating our 2 year anniversary (a week late) but these are the options he gave me. I've not eaten at any of them so I'm excited about all 3. Thoughts?
Re: KO Prime, Oakroom, or Mooo?
I have eaten at KO Prime and Oakroom but not Mooo, so not sure if this helps at all.
KO Prime is really good & it's very modern. The service was great and the food was wonderful. Everything had to be ordered a la cart and it was pricey. I think I had lobster bisque, a filet, a baked potato, and something really good for dessert that I can't remember.
Oakroom is an old fashion style steak house. We went for our first aniversary this year and ordered the tenderloin for two which was very cool and romantic- it comes tableside to be sliced and you split all the sides. the dining room is beautiful with dark wood, lots of flowers, etc. and i believe all of the food is local grown.
I can't say I prefer one over the other; they're just totally different experiences. Have fun!
Oooh, all three are so good.
KO Prime - More of a trendy, modern restaurant. Food is excellent (especially the short rib mac and cheese!) and I like that their beef is grass fed.
Oak Room - Definitely pricey and good for a special occasion (such as yours
) Jacket is required for gentleman.
Mooo - Love, love, love this restaurant. DH and I went there for Valentine's Day and the food and service were great. The decor is modern but very comfortable (warm tones).
As PP said, they are all very different. I think for a special occasion (that won't break the bank), I would recommend Mooo.
