Looking for preschool and pediatrician in Denham
We have found the perfect house on Juban Parc and have 3 weeks left 'til we move. While we are excited we still need to find a preschool for our daughter (at least for the summer) and a pediatrician for her. We are also open to having a pediatrician in BR, especially if they are highly recommended. So, if you guys have any suggestions for either of these I'd love to hear what y'all have to say! Thanks!

I am an RN at Lake Pediatrics of Denham Springs - it's close by the interstate at the Denham exit, so not too far of a drive for you. Dr. Keren Ray, Dr. Thiravat Choojitarom (Dr. Choo to everyone), and Laura Hollis, NP are all taking new patients right now.
As far as preschools go, are you looking for something close to home or close to where you work?
Thanks for your help! I will do a little digging into our insurance and find out if we're covered to see any of those docs. The closer, the better!
As for preschools, something nearby would be great. I'm not working; I'm a stay-at-home mom but our daughter has been thriving at her preschool here in California and we'd like to continue to give her the opportunity to do the same once we relocate. We've already gotten her on the waiting list at Baton Rouge International School so something part-time for the summer (maybe 3 days a week) would be sufficient until August comes around.
