another Britax Marathon deal
$187 for the new denim print, $219 for several others

Some of the ones priced $219 weren't allowing the extra 15% off at checkout, but I emailed customer service and got the discount added manually.
So, I was able to get the Herringbone Gray model for $187. It was listed as a "closeout," and that might have been the problem. BUT, they gave me the discount since (1) it was a qualifying item -- identifies it as such on the item's page and (2) the item was indeed sold and shipped by Amazon.com. I think that's all that matters for the special deal.
Can't beat it, especially since so few sites will ship car seats to Hawaii!

smart thinking for you to get the discount added manually! we're still holding off on getting a convertible car seat for A since we're hoping to get a lot more use out of her infant seat before transitioning over....

Great deal! We have the Britax Boulevard CS and really like it. We got it on a deal at travelingtikes.com I would highly recommend keeping an eye on that site. I can't remember the price we paid. I think it was around 200 but we love the side impact protection, the easy adjustment of the straps (between the legs) and the roller bar to raise the strap height. I'm not sure if that's on the marathon or not. But good idea to snatch one up as soon as you can get a good deal on it!
