B- wg bagel w/lf cream cheese
L- scrambled eggs, banana
D- pizza
A- nothing
Eh, somehow I ate more than I intended yesterday. I'll have to keep an eye on that.
B- coffee, oatmeal, and mixed berry smoothie (made at home)
L- probably a sandwich from the deli
D- veggie burgers and corn on the cob
A- already did my stretches and weights this morning
yesterday was bad, stressful day at work meant that I ate a lot of bad stuff.
B: Lucky Charms
L: 1/2 of a "Cowboy Burger" - cheeseburger with bacon, bbq sauce, and onion rings with a side of fries and a sweet tea.
Workout: Walking a mile hopefully.
Yesterday: I ate well yesterday and did pt for a workout even though it's not a workout at all.
B- pancakes and OJ
S-coffee
L- Left over Mac&Cheese, Brocolli, and chicken(all mixed together MmmMmm Good)
S- no idea but I know there will be mini flower cakes involved!!
A- Walk with Snap.
B- Chobani vanilla yogurt, Kashi cereal mixed in..., COFFEE!
S-banana
L-Boca burger, sweet potato (York PPatty)
S2-apple, 2 Snackwell's cookies (and I want more! ugh)
D-not sure... DH usually isn't home Wed's and he is tonight...leftovers from last night? Rice and orange chicken?, WINE...
A-yesterday, walked/jogged-30 min. I can't get back in track with C25K and it is getting frustrating...
A-today... 40 min strength training...
Breakfast? raisin bran with almond milk
Lunch? fried rice with general tso's chicken sauce (DH ate all the chicken)
2nd lunch? yes this is bad, lasagne with sheeps milk cheese (i found this doesnt bother LO!!)
Dinner? chicken some way with veggies and rice
Activity? moving the bassinet downstairs to be sold
How did you do yesterday? crappy, DH took Myka for a walk and I didnt go.
B: Skinny soy hazelnut latte and a bagle w/ cream cheese
L: A huge salad (I have been having salads for lunch for the past 2 weeks)
S: A fiber ceral bar
