Co op people
Today I met with the owner of M o o v i ll e cream ery (I don't want this post to show up on Google - hence the spacing) about something for work and she said last month was their first month out there and they were very impressed.
They sell milk, butter, icecream (at least at their farm, not sure about the coop). They have a very cool operation going. Wanted to pass along my recommendation.

We're drinking their 2% (from the co op) right now. I had tried Hilhof (their milk is non-homogenized and local), but M didn't like the non-homogenized texture. However, Hilhof's heavy whipping cream is DECADENT. But, for milk, I think we're a M'ville family now.
I'm really glad to see a someone fill this niche at the Co-op. We bought their milk last month, and I think we'll probably get it again.
