Are tonight's questions scripted?
That's probably a stupid question.
I didn't know tonight's debate was a townhall style.
Re: Are tonight's questions scripted?
That is interesting, I wasn't aware that some townhall formats allowed scripted questions. Seems to defeat the purpose if the audience is being spoonfed the questions they should ask the candidates. I hope that is not what they are doing tonight.
I wish that somebody would ask McCain:
a) If he thinks Obama would do something to hurt the country (like bomb it) as president, and if not, why his campaign keeps trying to imply he would? and
b) Since he does not think extending the statute of limitations to sue for back pay is the appropriate way to ensure equal pay, what does he propose to do to help women who have the exact same skills as men but are being denied equal pay? I have still never heard an answer to this from McCain or any of his supporters.
I realize these will never get asked, but I can dream.
