THRIFTY THURSDAY RANDOMS
I heard that term today on Hot FM. I laughed. I am getting discouraged. I have plans (that are simple) for a desk that I want built. The person who was going to do it, backed out. Now I really cant find anyone. Does anyone want to hire out their hubby? LOL

On Alpine - near Culvers (and only a few miles from our new house! YES! lol)
YES! I have been over there almost every day just doing small things. the sellers left it immaculately clean, so there ins't much but deciding where to put things and baby proofing which is a job in itself. The big move is Sunday and I can't wait
That will be fun.
For real it will be exciting. 
We asked for a closing date of June 11th because we are trying to buy a shortsale, and the listing agent told my agent that we should be able to close *way* before that when my agent dropped off the offer yesterday. I'm shocked. I was aiming for a June 30th closing in hopes of getting the $6500 tax credit. I wasn't expecting to close way before then.
I've never heard of that place. Well, except that my mom always refers to Meijer as "Meijer Thrifty Acres"
My mom refers to it that way too. She isn't from here though, she just lived here for 4 years when she went to Calvin (she lived in Ontario before and after that).
This morning I tried to bike 4 miles and realized how terribly out of shape I am. I had to walk the last mile because my butt bones hurt so bad from the seat! I also biked on the sidewalk because I am afraid of getting hit by a car. I'm so wimpy.

I just put most of my work clothes into the garage sale pile since I haven't worn them since August. Sad, I'm only keeping a few. I must have spent tons of money at New York & Co.
Oh and Jill: my but always hurts after a bike ride. It gets better the more often you ride though.
