DAMMIT I completely forgot about this season of ANTM. crap crap crap!

They are down to the final five right now (next week will be down to 4), been an interesting cycle.
I'm embarrassed because I can't seem to find the channel on our TV that ANTM is on. I typically watch the marathons they have on VH-1 or some other channel? I know it's on the CW but I have no idea where it is on my TV!
And no, that is not where I got it from. Just another smutty reality show on VH-1 called "Basketball Wives". Kinda like Real Housewives so I have been watching it.
