Help! went to diaper.com and sent them an email about price matching yellbaby's price and they said yellbaby is not an authorized dealer so they can not honor the price match. Did I do some thing wrong?!?! Was I supposed to email them about it? Any suggestions on what I should do now? Thanks!!

hmm... i don't think you did anything wrong. they may have just caught on that yellbaby isn't going to be selling ergo's anymore (hence the sale)??? they will do anything to get out of a price match. sometimes stuff like that depends on the CS rep you talk to...so, you could try calling again, or you could try emailing to see if you have better luck? i am not sure.
maybe ericka has some other thoughts?

Sorry! What I did was call their customer service and asked if they can price match. They asked for yellbaby's website and checked it out. They said they can price match so they manually added the discount in my cart. I was on the computer while talking to them. Jamie may be right that it may also depend on the CS agent that you talk to? Try to give them a call again. If they give you a hard time, perhaps it will help if you mention somebody who got the price match for the same website? I got the carrier yesterday (1 day FREE shipping)!! Goodluck!
