I am struggling so bad with the gym!! I was in a contest for 4 weeks I got burnt out as we hd to go 5-6X a week.. then I dwindled to 1 day a week, went away on vacation for a week and now I have been home for 3 weeks and I went 2X this week and have absolutely no desire for it and I have never really been like this and no clue how to get my butt back there!
I usually have to go to the gym in the AM (5:45 class) as I work a PT job sometimes a night. but when the alarm goes off at 5 I am like forget it. especially if I have to work both jobs.
I have a friend that is suppose to motivate me, but she has been just as bad as me lately so she is not helping...
and now I don't really fit into my pants so you would think that would get me back there, but NOPE! I also take classes I enjoy so....... HELP!!!!!

Don't beat yourself up about it! Sleep is just as important to your health as exercise is! Maybe your body is telling you to take a break! I take one week of 2 or 3x a year to let my body rest, then when I get back into it, my workouts are awesome!
If its a weight issue, if you strictly track your calories and portions, you won't gain - weight loss is 80% food in my opinion!
