My HOA is giving away toilets
We own our townhouse, it was built in the 80's. We still have the original fixtures for the most part. We have 2 1/2 bathrooms and they all have tan toilets and sinks (very ugly). We were planning on remodeling down the road anyway. Well our HOA pays for water and they water bill for the complex is huge, so in an effort to cut back on costs they are offering to buy new water saver toilets for the first 100 residents that want them, and they are offering reimburstments for anyone who has replace their toilets in the last 2 years. Installation is free too. I called this morning and got on the list. Is it wrong that I'm excited about getting free toilets?

What!? I want your HOA!!! Mine does squat for us except tow our cars and harass us about not taking our garbage in with 4 hours of pick-up.
That is totally awesome that you get free toilets! Do you get to replace all 3 of them?? Are you guys going to splurge and get some new sinks, too? I see some nice bathroom remodels on the horizon for you.
