Where to stay in Vegas!

Hi Ladies

My H and I are talking about heading to Vegas before we start making babies Party!!!

I've never been, he's been a bunch of times. So I'm wondering, if any of you have been, what's a good place to stay right on the strip?

Re: Where to stay in Vegas!

  • I loved the Mirage. The Venetian is okay, but the locks were old and the bathrooms were as well. They may have updated since.

The Bellagio always gets good reviews.

  • I went for my 30th birthday a few years ago and stayed in the Mandalay Bay. It's on the strip (albeit at the very end) and it was BEAUTIFUL and very reasonably priced. They also have a lazy river on their property that would have really rocked had it not been so cold when we were there.
  • My friend and I stayed at the Paris hotel for my birthday 3 years ago. Had probably one of the best buffet's on the strip. The rooms weren't anything special but we had a great view of the Bellagio (with the water show waking us up at 3AM) haha.
  • The Mirage, MGM or the Borgata. All beautiful! Have fun!!
  • I just got back a couple weeks ago from Vegas, and we stayed at Ceasar's.  it was nice, esp the pool and location was great.  everything in it or near it was expensive though, like if you wanted to grab a quick cup of coffee or sandwich.  If I go back, I may stay at Treasure Island or Palazzo.

  • I just got back a few weeks ago. I stayed at The Mirage. The rooms are nice, the pool area is fab and I liked the middle of the strip location.

If I go back, I would also try the Palazzo just by seeing their lobby.

    Have a blast.
