What does your baby wear to sleep?
Now that it's getting warmer here, I'm trying to figure out what to put Bella in to sleep. She's also outgrown all but 2 of her pj's! Big girl! She's wearing 12 month clothes already!
She used to sleep in a onesie and a nightgown/pjs. Now that seems to warm so I've dropped the onesie. I don't want her to get cold at night but I don't want her to get too warm in pjs either... what do you put your LO in to sleep at night?

It's still kinda cold here... We put Alexa in a long-sleeved footed sleeper and then in a short sleeved cotton Halo sleep sack. We used to put her in a fleece sleep sack but downgraded to cotton when it got warmer.
On the handful of nights where it's been really warm and we haven't had the AC cranked, we put her in a onesie and then in the cotton sleep sack. But usually we have the AC on so it's never too warm.

She's in a lightweight sleep and play now and has been sleeping for a couple of hours. She used to wake up at night because she'd get cold. It's hard to gage because DH runs hot and I run cold. I always have a thin crocheted blanket in her crib and a receiving blanket (she rubs her face on it and has since she's tiny). She's too long for a sleep sack now and she likes to roll around.
I was debating about the thing mie posted, I saw some at Gap and they were SO cute but are they that much better than a short sleeve onesie? I mean I know it has "shorts" that cover the legs a tiny bit but I hate investing the money in those little sleep outfits if they aren't much more than a onesie with shorts... any options? I'm heading to the consignment store tomorrow... did I mention I can't wait for garage sales! Kids grow SO fast!!

I wouldn't get shortie pjs...just stick with the onesie and if needbe add a pair of socks. As for clothes...I hear you...do you have Just Between Friends nearby? I think they have one in Milwaukee.

My LO runs warm too - I tried the onesie with the cotton sleep sack, but now we're in a short sleeve/short leg sleep& play without the onesie underneath. but with socks! lol yes, he looks silly, and he usually (taking after his mommy) kicks off the socks during the night, but he's not cold.
