Home warranty policies?
What is a good home warranty policy for the area? I have been reading
reviews, and I seem to be finding a lot of horror stories. Anyone that
is pretty dependable, has good techs, and will replace things that are
broken occasionally?

I am between Old Republic and Best Home Warranty. Hopefully, I will figure it out in a few days and make a decision.
