ok sorry to be a gushing rabbit momma today but Valerie came through her surgery fine and is coming home today!!!!!
The tumor was all in the skin with reaching out into an armpit lymph node (sp?) but everything appeared fine beyond that - i.e. no body full of nastiness. It was not touching the mammary either which is important for rabbits.
This thing needs to be biopsied and crap but I don't care - I just wanted a second change for her and now she can have one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
