I set myself on fire this morning...
I was blow drying my hair and started smelling a funny smell, looked down, and there were FLAMES all over the chest area of my robe. I panicked, patted the flames out with my hands, and then checked my hair. I think it just burned the tips off of my hair so I don't think I look too bad. Just freaked out!
What happened is I didn't clean out the lint on my blow dryer in awhile, it got really hot, shot a spark out at my robe which was covered in hair spray.
I still threw the blow dryer out for peace of mind because this is just something I don't want to risk. It is over 2 years old so I think it's put in its time.

Sorry, I meant to make this a PSA - clean out the lint in your hairdryer periodically!
I seriously thought the subject line was a joke or set-up to something funny.
HOLY CRAP.
Now you have me all worried about MY hair dryer.

My hair styling tools make me really nervous. I usually check twice before I leave the house and make sure things are unplugged. They are dangerous.
