Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Breakfast - poptart and small cup of coffee

    Lunch - turkey and swiss on wheat with baked cheetos

    dinner - i have no clue. my human garbage disposal (aka my brother) is eating me out of house and home and money. let's hope there is something left.

    Activity - i brought my gym clothes so I am going running in the business park behind my office. YAY!

  • B- birthday cake and milk

    L- Subway melt and baked lays

    D- no clue...

    A- Karataaaaaaa tonight!! :)

  • Breakfast:  Kashi cereal w/skim milk, OJ

    Snack:  Banana, Krispy Kreme donut (curses on my coworkers!)

    Lunch:  Pita w/hummus, strawberries, homemade chocolate chip cookies

    Snack:  Special K Protein Shake, baby carrots w/ranch

    Dinner:  Trader Joe's Mahi Mahi, steamed veggies

    Activity:  Must get on the treadmill and set the incline so I can practice for hiking up Diamond Head in Hawaii!  Cool

    S: Activia yogurt

    L: mixed green salad with pear, a sprinkle of crumbled goat cheese, raspberry vinaigrette, fat-free Greek yogurt with a handful of walnuts and a little honey.

    D: some kind of yummy sushi or seafood with Lore!

  • B: Odwalla bar..coffee

    L: Smartone Veggie lasagna

    S: Blueberry greek yogurt

    D: salads!!!

    Activity: ummm walked the dog....doing a bunch of laundry tonight.

  • prebreakfast: 4 chocolate chip cookies

    breakfast: frosted flakes with almond milk

    snack: handful of animal crackers

    dinner: chicken fingers with cresent rolls and a dr. pepper slushie

    snack: chocolate chip cookies

    lots of water yesterday

    activity: ran around target played on the floor with M.
