Northies! GTG Ideas?
Any recs/ideas for the Northie May GTG? This month should be in the north Austin/Arboretum area. Let me know if you have any thoughts!

This is what I was going to suggest too! I have only been to Kona Grill but I am sure some other ladies have good recs.
I need to get off my duff and make it out to more GTGs!
I love everything at the Domain, except Kona, because DH and I ordered a dessert there once, and after two bites, a HUGE roach crawled out from under the cake. I will never eat there again.

well, for the HH, the other stuff is over-rated/over-priced.
KONA, KONA, KONA!!! I love this place! If I remember correctly they have 1/2 price appetizers and pizzas!!! MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!
WAY. It got confused and crawled all over the table before taking off under it. The mgmnt was unnecessarily rude about it, too, and didn't even give us the dessert for free - though we only ate 2 bites.
This was the one time we were giving them a second chance, after our previous visit where the waiter took our friend's credit card for the bill....and never came back. no joke. he left the restaurant.
That is unacceptable! Your customer finds a roach in the food and you don't comp them at least half the meal?! I'm pretty sure if it had been me, I would have thrown up right then and there. My gag reflex is pretty sensitive and a hair in my food makes me struggle to hold it in!
