Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Does anyone here work for Bell? or anyone a Bell customer?
Are they having issues in their Billing Depatment? My last three bills have shown up 3 days AFTER they are due. It's not really an issue because my bills are always the same amount but it's kind of annoying. Anyone else having this problem or is it just me?

Normally, I would say call, but having worked in the billing dept (not anymore sorry) we weren't trained at all if someone's bill was coming late. When I did get a call like that I was told to tell the cust that it was probably their postal carrier. Horrible training in that place, hence why I quit. Maybe do the online billing or at least log in online so you can view your bills if they don't come on time?
