need Gastrointestinal rec's....
My mother in law needs a second opinion on some results. We need some recommendations for a gastrointestinal dr.

Dr. Ellis. Every patient I meet of his LOVES him. I'm making an appt to see him after I have my thyroid stuff under control (one problem at a time)
my DH sees Dr. Robinson at Austin Gastro (same place Taytee rec'd). we've been really happy with him, although the nurse that answers (or should we say, doesn't answer) the phone annoys him to no end.
A 2nd rec for Dr. Ellis. My H went to him recently and he was very straightforward, got him in quickly, etc. He has a sort of fast, dry sense of humor (you'll see what I mean if you talk to him.)
I would not recommend Dr. F leeg er (separated his name so it wouldn't come up in google).
While he is a nice guy, I did not feel like he was as up to date as he could have been w/ options regarding my husband's case.
