Hey ladies,
So, I just got this email in response to my email from this morning:
Thank you for your interest in attending TheBump.com & BABIES Expectant Moms Screening.
We?re sorry, but we?ve reached our maximum capacity and cannot take anymore RSVPs. Please be sure to check TheBump.com often for other events in your area!
TheBump.com
But it seems like a form email, and it was a response my eamil from today, not my eamil from 4/22. So I am wondering if they are just emailing this to people who RSVP today and didn't realize I already RSVP'd? I emailed them back to confirm but I'm guessing it's a no go.
How un-organized was this thing! Girls on my bump board were dealing with the same issues. They didn't respond to anybody!
Re: **Mrs.De and misswifey***
Boo, we didn't get in...here is the response I got:
Yes, this message is in response to your original email. We had a great number of interest in this screening.
People who made the cut received an automated confirmation email yesterday, Monday, May 3rd.

LOL, anti-Babies premiere. Love it!
You guys are kidding me?! I too RSVP'd right away, and never got a response, but I also never received a decline email! They seem very disorganized! I'm not sure whether I'll try to go since I didn't get an email either way. I think I will try, just because I'm already in the city and I've been looking forward to it. I'll definitely report back on what happens.
In the meantime, I think we should definitely plan some type of unofficial bump GTG, or a Manhattan one to check in with all our mommas-to-be!
Well, I disappointingly had the same fate with this event. I got to the theatre, with my emailed RSVP in hand, only to have the tell me they were full to capacity! What I really wanted to say was "tell my swollen feet and ankles that!" Instead, I diplomatically tried to explain to them that if they are going to through large scale events like this, they need to have people respond to all the emails. The fact I NEVER got a response made my blood boil. It's like be organized!
They were nice enough to try to scrounge up a freebies bag to only discover they were out! It was like thanks, but no thanks!
