As a result of all of my online shopping yesterday, I just spent almost $500 on clothes from Victorias Secret and American Eagle. I am also going tomorrow to buy a $90 pair of Miss Me jeans from my friend's store. I am done shopping until fall. Embarrassed (Oh, with the exception of the dress that I need to buy to go to three weddings this summer/fall.) I feel guilty spending that kind of money when I'm on maternity leave and only bringing in 55% of my salary right now...

    I almost had a full on breakdown this morning that my fat jeans were tight on me. Yet I continue to eat non-healthy things. I'll probably have an Oreo later. Oh, and DH just said he's coming back with a milkshake for me. Fabulous.

    I am taking a mental health day next Tuesday to go shopping with my mom. I've only been at this job for 7 months, but my BSC co-worker who has been there for 6 months has used 6 personal days already, while I have yet to use any. And I don't feel guilty, at all.

    I'm hoping that my ob doesn't take me off modified bedrest when I go for my appt tomorrow because I don't want to go back to the office for the rest of the pregnancy. Working from home is awesome.

    Last week I bought a Mason Pearson hairbrush.  DH's jaw hit the floor when he found out how much it cost, but I really wanted it and I will have it forever.  And I had worked a lot the week before so I might actually have some spending money, thus I justified it.

    One of my good friends (for the past 14 years) just got engaged. My confession is I think there's a 50/50 chance of a wedding ever happening. She's a serial monogamist, plus they've broken up/almost broken up three times in the past year and a half.
