How do you research a Dr.?
I'm at a loss. I have to get surgery to further explore/correct some issues with my uterus. I have possible Asherman's Syndrome. The issue is that I'm reading you really need a very skilled surgeon to perform the procedure. If a less skilled surgeon performs the surgery they can do further damage. I'm scoping out the Internet but just finding patient reviews. While they are useful I really want to find out the skill level of my Dr. and other Drs. in the area. Any ideas?
Re: How do you research a Dr.?
Sometimes I start with the Boston's Best Doctors list and go from there... You can see any malpractice issues here at the MA online physician finder .
You can always meet with different MDs to see who you are most comfortable with.
Good luck! It sounds like the least invasive procedure the better for that kind of surgery.
