Anyone doing anything fun tonight? We haven't decided whether we are going out or staying in but we are indulging in rita's and fajitas one way or another!

Fun? If you call working out and prob catching up on GLEE fun, then sure! Yeah. I have no plans and DH has karate this eve... Hm. Maybe I'll make some Margaritas or enchiladas or be really lazy and have chips and salsa!

I was contemplating passing up mexican for chinese. Ive been craving chinese like crazy for about a week now. We had a little spot around the corner from our old house that was wonderful. Then we moved. boooo!
Maybe mexican tonight and chinese tomorrow. Or vise-versa to avoid the crowds.
Feliz Cinco de Mayo! I forgot about the holiday when I was menu planning, so we're having salmon tonight :P. But there will be tequila involved, somehow!
And speaking of Chinese food, I cooked homemade fried rice and wonton soup last night. Be jealous!

Happy Cinco de Mayo!! I have been excited for this for like a week.... Ever since DH and I met, we have celebrated thanks to our awesome Spanish teacher in high school. We have gone out for it every year but one, and it's always fun.
This year we are going to a Mexican restaurant called Corona with a bunch of friends. We will over eat delicious food, and I am drinking some starwberry margaritas =D. Hopefully I can get some others to join me.
Totally forgot about this until the news mentioned it this morning. I am surprised it's so popular across the country. Silly me thought of it as a Southwest thing.
Maybe I'll have mexican for lunch, like I did yesterday (Qdoba vegetarian burrito...yum)

It's my late day today (out at 6 home around 7:30ish) so my co-worker and I are seriously contemplating a Margarita for lunch....LOL
DH leaves for work at 6pm tonight so I won't even see him tonight. I'm sure my friends will be calling me to stop by for a late happy hour somewhere though!

. N makes a mean fried wonton with cream cheese, green onion, and avocado. Mmmmm... My wonton soup is healthier, since they aren't friend (and have shrimp,etc, instead of cream cheese), but his are tastier!
DH Hates Mexican food...well he will eat like ONE thing ont he menu... so we neverrrrrrr go out for mexican which sucks because
1. we practically live in Mexico and
2. Mexican mayb be my favorite food!
Ladmo and I have school tonight. So something quick for dinner, im thinking grilled cheese sammiches
