F/U to "WTF at the gyn this morning"

I called today and spoke with their business manager about why I was leaving the practice.  He was extremely receptive and said he appreciated me calling to tell him what had happened.  He apologized and said that he would be speaking with the person who did my exam, and that he takes issues like this very seriously.  I just wanted to thank everyone who told me to call. I feel better now, and I was able to express that I was not calling to get this woman in "trouble" but I needed to tell someone what happened.

  • Speak to her? Her ass belongs on the street and in another profession.
  • He told me that he keeps track of these types of situations.  It came across as speak to her, as in, get her side of the story, and investigate what went on so that he can make a decision about what happens, not as in she'll get a talkin' to and that's it.
