fattening hut
Has anyone seen the series Jessica Simpson did called The Price of Beauty? She annoys me to no end, but the cultural differences she experiences are fascinating! Like in Africa, she visited this village where the fatter the woman, the more beautiful she's considered. Before they get married, the brides are put in a fattening hut for TWO MONTHS and only leave to go to the bathroom. They barely move and eat like 5,000 calories a day to fatten up for their husband!! I'm not sure when it's on, I found it ondemand. Definitely worth checking out though!

I did actually happen to catch that show, ive never watched any of her shows before, but it was on and I found it interesting.
If you build it, they will come. Seriously. Build me a fattening hut and I'll come and hang out in with you. I will bring the brownies.
