As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So as you all know, FI and I are supposed to be closing on our house on the 13th. Well, we've been jumping through hoops for the mortgage company and today our loan got denied on 1 condition. Yes..ONE condition. I was hoping we would make it throught this pass, but because of a new government thing... there isn't enough equity in my current home and since we are renting it they are afraid we will just walk away.
So... we were told today either we find someone to co-sign for us, or we loose out. FI is asking his parents who would be a shoe in (they have no debt and lots of income) and hopefully they will be fine with it.
It sucks. I should be all excited about our trip and wedding, but I can't even think about it because we've had soooooo much to do for the mortgage. Noone at work knows and so I can't freely talk about or take phone calls about or do anything about it while i'm at work (hence the looking for a new job) and so it's been really rough.
