Does anyone have any fun plans for today?
We went to Sol Azteca with some friends, we shared a pitcher of margaritas and I had some delicious enchiladas. It was a gorgeous day to be eating outside, we loved it!

Re: Cinco de Mayo!
Mmmmm, delicious. Corona sounds good on such a warm evening. I'm a big fan of the Amber Dos Equis too.
Mmm Sol Azteca!
We have always celebrated with mexican food with friends but I have a nasty cold so we are in tonight. I thought DH was going to go out but he came home to me instead
Sadly, I didn't realize it was Cinco de Mayo until 10pm last night when my friend drunk texted me and then I realized several things in the following order:
1) Aren't we a little old for drunk texts
2) Why did I forget it was Cinco de Mayo?
3) It's because I'm getting old and losing all ability to balance simple things in life like having a Strawberry margarita!
I'm now inspired to make fajitas for dinner tonight and drink that margarita!
LOL at this whole progression. I hear you!
We had fajitas for dinner, yummmm.
My eyes were really bothering me from work, so I cancelled on my friend (meeting at Starbucks) and went home and made a rum margarita instead. And I watched ridiculous movies, since DH away on business. It was relaxing, at least.?And I really like this new margarita recipe.
