Anyone watch this? DH got hooked on it and I've just caught up with it and still can't decide what I think of it, but I keep watching, so that must mean I like it. Or maybe I'm just watching it for Stephen Moyer

I don't watch it (no HBO), but I read the series it's based on. I love the books, but the show sounds really bloody.
Please tell me Eric and Pam are incredibly hot. They simply have to be.
Eric is ok--just not my "thing," I guess (imdb the show and you'll see the cast pics), and Pam is pretty. We haven't seen a ton of them yet.
Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton) makes me want to lick my TV.
Bill's hot? Huh, I always invisioned him as a good looking geek. Eric should look like a Nordic God.
I suppose a lot might think Bill is a good looking geek--but that's generally the direction my hot-meter, goes! And Eric does look like a Nordic god...I think the actor who plays him even is Nordic. It's just not the look that turns my crank.
I thought Sam was the dog, but there are scenes with them together, so it can't be.
Okay, I've got to leave this tread now. I have too much pre-knowledge and I don't want to ruin it for you.
From what ya'll are saying, the show is pretty closely following the first book. If they keep going (there are 8 so far), this show is going to get a lot wierder. Enjoy!

I am totally addicted.
But he Barks in his sleep, he has weird dog pictures all over his office, he rubbed all over the bed that whats her name died in, ect. So he has SOME connection to the dog. The dog is always around watching Sookie. I hope Tara stays around, she is my favorite. I loved when she found Jason and the random chick in the last episode. I was cracking up.
