I wish someone would have told me to swaddle my baby tightly and put him to sleep 90 minutes after he wakes up! Really girls who are pg right now, remember this advice and maybe even get the book "The 90 minute baby sleep program". It pretty much tells you that a babies first year of life they have a 90 minute sleep cycle. If you get them down after 90 minutes that another cycle starts and it will be hard to get them to sleep for another 90 minutes. It doesn't matter how long they sleep for, just 90 minutes from when they wake. Sure enough, my LO becomes a huge cranky pants about 75-80 minutes after, this gives me a warning to start swaddling and rocking him to sleep. This has made a WORLD of difference for me and my very fussy little one... who is not so fussy anymore :-)
Hope this helps someone out there!

Question: Until what month is this effective until?
Oh and what is the baby whisperer? Sounds awesome.....
EASY really worked for us too. Now I'm in the process of moving Elyse to a 4 hour routine where she can be up for 2 hours (she's naturally doing it herself).
