Whaaaaat? Both Sun and Jin? What about their baby? Who's going to raise her?
I hate that Sayid got blown up but I love that his ultimate act was of self-sacrifice. So very Tale of Two Cities!
Do you think Claire will blow a(nother) gasket since everyone ditched her again? What happened to Frank the pilot? Did he drown too? I wonder why Sayid left Desmond in the hole? Guess we'll find out next week.
Re: OMG - LOST! (spoilers)
OMG this was a crazy episode! They killed off so many people.
DH and I were so mad that Jin and Sun both died. We both thought that Jin should have left her for the sake of their daughter. So sad. But then again, I was not liking their story line anyway.
I think Frank is still alive. He will probably make one more appearance and then get killed.
I hate how Sayid went out. I mean, yes, he saved some of them, but why couldn't he just have thrown the bomb down the hall? Why run with it? I just wanted to see more out of his character in the end since he was all zombie-like all season. I wanted the bada$$ to come back. I will be interesting to find out how Desmond convinced him to come back to the good side. I can't wait to see when Jack finds him.
Ya, Claire is gonna be pissed that they left her AGAIN! But, she didn't go when Sawyer called her.
So why did Locke "save" Jack last episode if he just wanted to kill them all anyway? Or why didn't he just let them all get on the plane, turn it on and BAM? Why the sub? And I thought that he couldn't kill them? Or was it that they just can't kill themselves? No, b/c the scene where Richard and Jack light the explosives. They had to all be together before he could kill them, or he just wanted to get them all at the same time? I dunno.
kind of ridiculous to have Sayid go through the whole "bring me back to life" thing only to have him die like a chump. Ok, not a chump but geez! He needed a really big finale, not that. I am so interested in how Bernard and Rose tie in now--they've got to be the Adam & Eve skeletons they found in season 1. And I think Lapidus is dead. They're killing people off too easily now. I wonder where Miles and Richard are. And I was kinda hoping Kate did die. Sigh. She's like a cockroach.
What about Locke's dad? That was weird, right? Can't wait for next week's episode! Think they'll bring back Walt for it since Locke taught HIM about Backgammon (right game?) way back when?
Can't wait to see Desmond again either!
This story line bugs me a little. When we first saw Locke in the alternate universe, he wanted to be cured (all that "don't tell me what I can't do" stuff). Then he had his epiphany and decided he liked himself just fine. Now all of the sudden the reason he doesn't want to walk again is out of guilt for crashing a plane and paralyzing his father? Why didn't he feel this way before when he went to Australia to do the walkabout?
JUST finished watching! Wow, great episode... Sun and Jin?! Does that mean the rest of the season will be a huge bloodbath?? I haven't been reading many spoilers this season.
I'm sad about them leaving their daughter - My first guess was she will grow up with Aaron and Kate assuming she survives as well. That's really just wishful thinking seeing as how JJ doesn't always wrap things up neat and tidy like we like.
Sigh, and Sayid.. I was hoping to see him return to badassedry as well. Oh well. Very much a self-redemption I guess?
I liked that Jack is making all these connections to Oceanic 815. Wonder where that will go!
My coworker noted that it was kind of a ethnic cleansing on this week's show! Then I pointed out that Hurley is Latino...
