One of my male employees came in today with this magazine. He said I found the perfect new hair cut for you.  I thought he was joking.  He was COMPLETELY serious.  He thinks I should dye my hair BRIGHT red and cut it short. I feel offended that something this UGLY would ever be suggested to me. 

He also though I would look great with my make up like the picture.  I have NEVER in my life even thought of such things.  This guy is gay and has some crazy styles he likes.....good for him. NOT FOR ME.  I am starting to laugh thinking how insane his idea is right now.

    I don't think you should be offended. You just have different style/taste than him. I don't think the haircut is awful. I actually kind of like it. Its edgy. If that's not your style, I'm sure he didn't mean to offend you. Very funny though that he's trying to passing out style advice to you. He should definitely mind his business....
