As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

SO I got pulled over last night...speeding in a construction zone....and didn't have my license or insurance on me...AND my license plate sticker fell off somewhere (hope I can find it in the garage, if not, I have to file a missing report and get a new one. lame). I couldn't sleep because the bond for the insurance was 2k. HOLY CRAP. And I had always heard that it usually gets dropped when you go to court to provide that you did have insurance. I couldn't sleep thinking about that one. Turns out, I looked up the statute and the max you can be fined is 1k, so why mine is 2 is annoying and it says that it WILL get dismissed along with the license one which is comforting. But dammit, it sucks!

man that sucks! At least you can get most of it dropped by showing up with your license and insurance card! Hopefully you can find your license plate sticker.
Steve got pulled over last night too. We were on the phone and he goes "umm I hope he's not pulling me over...oh I gotta go.." he got a ticket for disregarding a highway sign (no turn on red). When he called to tell me that he even said "I make that turn on red all the time" well, not any more he doesnt! At least he better not haha.
Yeah, I'm fine with the speeding ticket, I totally deserved it. It wasn't paying attention when the speed changed.
The only one that makes me irritated now is the damn sticker one. Seriously, that stupid sticker is how we do things in 2010?!! If my crap is current that you can see by my paper and by the computer in your car then just tell me it's gone, and tell me to get a new one...no need for the ticket!
I KNOW! I think it's ridiculous. I should just have to pay and it should be in your system. Either I'm paid up or I'm not but stickers fall off and that isn't MY fault its your stupid stickers fault.
