Are you looking to do stuff during the day?
Massages - you might have to go to a bigger salon for them two have two therapist on staff on a weekday afternoon to get a couples massage. Although you could always try a place like Blue Heron Academy where they need to get so many hours in. It would probably be a lot cheaper.
Go along the lake shore - shopping, lunch, etc
If you Wednesday night free, how about spending the night somewhere. You probably could get a good deal in Holland or Saugatuck.
I was flipping through radio stations and stopped on WTRV (100.5) for a few minutes. They havea bunch of great deals on their website. Go to their site to look at it.
Downtown - go to the GRAM and eat lunch down there.

You will love them. They have different themed rooms and you can have music, etc. The staff is awesome and provide great customer service and the place is very clean.
