So I FNALLY talked Brian into go to my favorite (and many of yours for dinner). I said over and over again that YES it was a family friendly place and they did have high chairs - that wouldnt be an issue.
We got there just before 5 pm tonight and guess what - no high chair for us to use. One was being used and they were holding one for a group of 10 that only had 2 people there so far. If they had let us use the one they were holding, the first table would probably have been done eating and done with their high chair. So we left. I didn't dare pick another smaller place in the area for fear we would run into the same issue, so I said "let's just go to Arnies".
Needless to say that dinner there didn't live up to my expectations.
I doubt I will be able to talk Brian into giving it another try, at least with the kids. Guess I will have to plan more girls night.
I will send an email to this place and letting them know what happened. Hopefully they will invest in more high chairs soon. They don't even have to be fancy.
Re: Mother's Day Dinner - FAIL
BUMmer! We were just there on Wednesday, like usual, and the high chair they gave us didn't have any straps... WTH? I will email about that if you email about not having enough!
Plus, they were out of crayons. My son seriously talks about the crayons for days before and after our trips there. He was so disappointed they didn't have any that he was a pistol during our meal.

EC - I'm not writing out the name since the Nest is high on Google searches. I'm being nice to them.
I kinda thought that's who it was going to be.
Well, they don't know there are problem areas to correct unless people let them know. I'm sure they'd rather hear from you than have it go unsaid.
