So, for shiits and giggles I weighed myself tonight because M was curious if I have lost any weight since changing my diet and also I haven't been exercising (my cousin still hasn't given me my P90 back yet). I weighed 225.4 when I checked last weekend. I started my new "diet" (I'm not really calling it a diet because this will be a permanent thing for me) Monday, so it's only been 6 days. Now when I weighed myself the first time it was first thing in the morning, before I ate, after I went potty, blah blah, tonight I just weighed myself, I HAVE eaten today (obviously), I have clothes on, etc etc. I weigh 221.4 GO ME!
Edit: Okay so it's the next day and I weighed myself this morning to see how much of a difference there is between my weight at night and the morning. I ACTUALLY weigh 219.4! Whoop whoop!
Re: Holy Weight Loss Batman! (Edited)
SWEET JOB ON THE NON-DIET!!!
Keep up the great work Sheri!!!
That's friggin awesome! Great great job.
I'm going to try to up the ante on my end as well and get more serious about my leaning in as well. It's so easy to eat what you've always eaten, but when I choose the vegetarian item instead, I feel much better and its delish!
Well, I haven't told him about it actually being 6 lbs. I just told him last night I have lost 4 lbs. He had to work all day and didn't get home until 9:30pm, I told him as soon as he walked through the door and said the following "Good for you! That's what you get for eating your rabbit food" (in a joking manner, he wasn't being mean about that part). Then said "See, I knew you could do it". Then munched on the rest of his McD's he didn't finish the night before. Hopefully once I'm down to my goal weight, it will give him the push to want to take better care of himself.
Woohoo!! Great news- keep at it, and the weight is just going to fall off.
And grumble, grumble about the "rabbit food" comment. You should call all his McDonalds big fat cow food!
